Jim Telfer has gone woke , he wants to ban flower of Scotland , I guess the Haka next , land of our fathers and every other national anthem out there . Jim you are a creep.
That’s an odd one by Jim. Surely his words taken out of context !
Why the full length song intro in the pod when you are on John. Takes ages to get into the meaningful nonsense of the actual pod ;) Hope you are on a good commission by the band.
So no Vunipola, May or Nowell for England. I wonder how much they will shake things up against us. Farrell citation hearing a big surprise to no-one !
Did Finn get through the game at the weekend unscathed ? I missed it.
Yes, yellow carded in the 74th minute or something conceding a penalty try and allowing Harlequins to lead for first time in match.
Hilariously, Harlequins couldn’t hold on against 12 men.
As the band rep around here I can confirm there is no commission!
A deliberate knock on and conceded a penalty try. The match was billed as the battle of the 10s. Smith covered himself in glory, and Russell was in the bin.
That’s a little unfair.Finn had no choice but to go for the -albeit pretty impossible intercept as Racing were two men down and a try was inevitable had the pass been taken. As it turned out, incredibly,Racing won the match (there was 5 mins to go) despite being two points down at that stage playing with 12men . Bar dropping a high ball in his own 22 he had a pretty good game and 100% goalkicking. Having said that Smith was world class in the last half hour after a slow start.
Marcus Smith looked excellent at the weekend. I’m glad the all English panel have cleared Farrell to play against us at the 6N as he’ll no doubt bully Smith into passing to him so that he can try and pull the strings from 12.
