  1. Howe of Fife have been playing fast attacking rugby for years and I had to laugh at Craig Manson talking about dropping chips. By the size of him he does not look like he has dropped a chip in his whole life!

  2. Just out of interest – whose job is it to update the “Upcoming Scotland Fixtures”?
I don’t want to moan to those who are volunteers, but it’s not a great advert for the site if it looks six months out of date. It might also be worth posting the Pro teams’ fixtures & results as well on the Home page – but just a suggestion.

    1. Thanks for your comments Merlot (and fake Stu2 who’s comment was binned for spoofing). I noticed earlier in the week but the blog theme is getting a little out of date vs updates to the software. Basically the site needs a redesign to allow for more modern way of doing the sidebar while keeping some of the custom stuff we have for ad boxes etc, but I just don’t have the time right now!

  3. Will someone tell Kibble that he is NOT a 10. He keeps standing in the way between Horne and Weir. As for Weir ….. he is poor.

    1. Very poor display by Glasgow. Need to get much better quickly or the big boys will walk over them

      1. Saw the last twenty minutes and Glasgow were sloppy, hesitant and lazy. Up your game guys and sort out the leadership. Edinburgh were much better, but their inability to turn pressure into points was a serious flaw.

  4. Hey Scottish Rugby Blog, it appears you cannot comment on your post about the Exeter Chiefs petition so i’m leaving this here.

Theoffsideline are selling a book in there shop section that pretty much glorifies the exeter chiefs, surely we can put pressure on our fellow sites to stop selling stuff which promotes the current brand of Exeter chiefs?

    https://www.theoffsideline.com/product/exe-men/

One particular part of their description of the book is that they talk about the chiefs ‘Fierce Rural Identity ?
