This week’s podcast is wall to wall Lions Chat as Cammy, Iain and John predict who’s going to be going on tour with the Lions to South Africa. There’s plenty of surprising picks as we ponder whether Gregor Townsend might bring his tombola along to the squad selection meetings.

I’m not a complete fan boy of him, but the Tom Curry is not that good shout is a bit mad, as good as the hype, depends on who from, an excellent Rugby player though.
I don’t think undervaluing players from other countries adds anything to the debate. However I do think curry has benefitted from playing with the chop tackle of underhill and the opportunity to jackal that he creates. I know people will shout nonsense but I would play Bernie at 6 and underhill at 7. Bernie is the best jackal threat and was so effective in 6N playing with Will Connors chop. Bernie also offers lineout which I think will be so important against the behemoth springboks. Chop them low and be solid on your lineout.
Guardian article says Elliot Daly has made the cut and Tuilangi call is down to the wire.
I now no longer fee any optimism for tomorrow’s squad announcement. Elliot Daly FFS
