England’s current Fly Half Toby “Flooders” Flood (at least until Chuckles Hodgson stamps his “authority” on things) shows FHM readers how to succeed in three core areas needed to become one of the country’s finest rugby players, but in case your days of a run out at Twickers or Murrayfield are somewhat behind you he shows you how you can still use these techniques within your own fitness regime for easy results.
Toby’s 3 areas are: How to increase speed, increase your strength and the ultimate technique to Drop Goals. Speed and strength I can see the point of, but unless they set up some posts on Rose Street to decide who gets served next the latter may be less handy. Still, A.D might find it useful as a Prop who Drops is an asset few teams should be without. In fact, maybe the entire Scottish pro setup should be mugging up on this, as I have seen a few fairly squiffy drop goal attempts this season…(paging Dr Parks).
All this and Jessica Ennis too!
The latest issue is out now, and you can even get £1 off FHM via this handy link! Normal service now resumes, thanks for reading.
